Facts: this place has a positive reputation of its own. Excellent service, floater staff visiting each table at all times. The dinning area gathers multiple groups of 6 or more people. It also has a touch of colombian art and craft decorations. The food is well prepared and served to have the experience of a home meal. NOTE: try their home brewed beer. It completed my meal and the experience. I am coming back.

It’s been a while since I’ve had Colombian breakfast! Brisas is one of the most delicious places to have Colombian food! We ALWAYS stop here before heading into New York. Especially their bakery! If you are ever in the area, this place will not disappoint you.

I had just an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner here. 20 minute wait WELL WORTH IT. During the wait there’s a bakery right next door that’s affiliated with the restaurant that you can grab a little pastry as you wait for your table. There was seating and you can also order drinks while you wait as well. As someone who goes out to eat often, being here just shows absolutely hospitality. Actual service operation was good. No complaints. But the server, the service assistance, the entertainment, the host, EVERYONE were so nice, so kind, and so patient with my non-Spanish speaking self 🤣🤣🤣! I couldn’t recommend this place anymore! Also they have great drinks. I got a Piña Martini. Pineapple and Vodka. That’s it. Sounds strong, cause it is, and I loved it, ordered two. There was also a passionfruit and aguardiente drink that was also amazing. Lastly, the sweet, perfect, Tres Leches dessert…. Wow. Just. Wow. Not dry and crumbly, not super wet where is just breaks on the spoon and not super sweet to where it just makes me sick. LITERALLY. PERFECT. Please make your way here. I have been coming here for years and I always make big catering orders for the holidays because I know I am always satified with Brisas. I live an hour away but it is definetly worth the drive. The experience is always wonderful and welcoming, amazing service from the staff! The food is always delicious and tastes so fresh!

Loved the restaurant theme. It was like going on a journey to Columbia. The food was excellent and the drinks were good. I would definitely go back to the restaurant . The only thing that I wouldn’t recommend is the bakery part, not because of the pastry. I wouldn’t recommend it because of the lady that works in that part has a horrible attitude problem. I don’t know how can an owner have such a person like that dealing with customers service. They must understand that she is representing the face of the bakery. She should be in the back, far away from the customers. I seen plenty of bad reviews on her, she must be related to someone there to still be in work in that position.
